摘要
伴随高校"去行政化"改革的推进,高校行政管理人员素质呈现出参差不齐的现象。文章结合管理方格理论,将本职能力和创新能力作为两个维度,对这一群体进行分类,并分析导致行政管理人员素质参差不齐的原因,探索提升这一群体不同类型人员素质的途径。
Along with the reform of college "de-administration", the qualities of university administrative management personnel are uneven. Thus, combining with the managerial grid theory, their professional ability and innovation ability as two dimensions, the paper classifies the group, analyzes the cause of the uneven administrative personnel qualities and explores how to improve their qualities.
