基于新型城镇化视角的区域城镇化水平评价——以湖北省为例

Evaluation of Regional Urbanization Based on New Urbanization——Taking Hubei Province as an Example

根据新型城镇化的内涵,从人口城镇化、经济城镇化、基础设施建设、生态环境建设和居民生活质量等五个方面,构建区域城镇化水平的综合评价指标体系,并运用改进熵值法,对2004年至2013年湖北省城镇化水平进行综合分析。结果发现湖北省城镇化水平在十年间持续且快速上升,各子系统的得分也在不断上升。此次研究表明,新型城镇化的评价方法由单一走向复合,由一元走向多元,这样更有利于我国城镇化的持续健康发展。

According to the connotation of the new urbanization, we construct an index system to evaluate regional urbanization from five aspects： population, economy, infrastructure, ecological environment and citizens＇ life quality. Based on the system, we use improved entropy method to evaluate Hubei Province＇s urbanization level from 2004 to 2013. It is found that Hubei Province＇s urbanization level increases rapidly over the ten years.This paper indicates that the evaluation system of regional urbanization is getting comprehensive and diversified,in favor of a sustainable and healthy urbanization.
