Research on the Development Model of Internet + Agriculture Based on SWOT Analysis Model——The Flavor and Fragrance Industry in Yuxi City as a Example

通过SWOT模型分析了玉溪香精香料产业集群构建所面临的优势、劣势、机会、威胁四大方面,得出玉溪建设滇中产业区市场型香精香料"集聚带",打造"互联网+香精香料"全产业链的"S-O"战略,在此基础上构建了"资源禀赋专业化+电商物流园区共享"集群产业模式和具有玉溪特色的市场驱动下"互联网+香精香料产业"关联发展模式,两大模式共同组成玉溪香精香料产业持续性发展集聚发展体系,为未来香精香料产业集群的规划与实施提供参考。

The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Yuxi flavor and fragrance industry cluster were analyzed by using the SWOT model. S-O strategy was obtained, that built market-oriented flavor fragrance gather belt in Dianzhong industry district, created the whole industrial chain of Internet ＋ Flavor Fragrance. On this basis, cluster industry model of the Resource Endowment Professional ＋ Electricity Suppliers Logistics Park Share and association development model of the Internet ＋ Flavor Fragrance Industry of market driven with Yuxi characteristics were established. Two models constitute the sustainable development and cluster development system of flavor fragrance industry in Yuxi, which provides a reference for the planning and implementation of the flavor fragrance industry clusters in the future.
