摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的发展,传统的高校教师考核评价体系亟需改革,以适应当前高校发展的内在要求。重科研轻教学、重教学科研轻综合、考核标准一刀切、重奖惩性轻发展性是新中国成立以来高校教师考核评价体系的主要问题。目前西方基本采取发展性考评和奖惩性考评相结合的考评体系。科学合理的评价体系至少应体现横向比较与纵向比较结合、注意综合性考评、重视个体差异等内容。
With the development of chinese higher education, the traditional faculty evaluation system should be reformed in order to meet the intrinsic development needs of universities and colleges. The major problems of the traditional system are as follows:emphasizing scientific research while overlooking teaching, stressing teaching and research while neglecting comprehensive development, the one-size-fitsall standards for assessment, underlining rewards and punishment while ignoring development potential. Currently, western countries' mainly adopt the evaluation system which combines developmental assessment with reward and punishment assessment. The scientific and rational evaluation system should include the combination of horizontal comparison with vertical comparison, emphasis on comprehensive assessment, attention on individual differences, and so on.
