煤岩压裂裂缝长期导流能力的实验研究与评价 被引量:4

摘要 当前煤岩长期导流能力测试实验受人为因素影响,不能完全反映煤岩自身的物理性质,实验中无统一单点承压测试时间,支撑剂组合选择单一。针对这些不足,运用裂缝导流仪对煤岩裂缝长期导流能力进行实验研究与分析,确定长期导流能力实验研究中单点的最佳承压时间。研究认为长期导流能力受铺砂浓度和支撑剂类型影响很大,受支撑剂粒径影响较小:其中石英砂类支撑剂导流能力好,但却存在砂堵的缺陷;树脂包砂类支撑剂抗压性能良好,和石英砂配合使用既能增加导流能力,也能降低出砂的损害。 There are shortcomings in the present coal rock long- term conductivity experiments due to human facter,so the experimental results cannot completely respond to physical properties of coal. And there is no uniform single point pressure test time and proppant is simply fixed in these experiments. To solve these problems,with the help of fracture long- term flow conductometer,the authors did some experiments to research and evaluate the long- term conductivity of fracturing in coal beds to confirm the optimal pressure time of single point. The results show that the concentration and type have a big effect on the long- term conductivity of fracturing in coal beds,and the diameter has little effects. The quartz sand is good but there is sand plug. The resin sand has higher compressive resistance,and the combination of both types could increase conductivity and decrease the sand damage.
