摘要
溴酸盐是用臭氧对饮用水进行消毒时产生的一种副产物,已被国际癌症研究机构定为2B级潜在致癌物。研究溴酸盐检测方法对控制该污染物具有非常重要的作用。采用Ion Pac AS19 4 mm×250 mm色谱柱,1.0 mmol/LNa_2CO_3+1.0 mmol/L Na HCO_3淋洗液,CDD-10AVP型电导检测器,外标法定量,并采用F检验法对方法的重复性和再现性进行评价,结果显示方法重复性和再现性良好,满足分析样品要求。经测试溴酸盐在0.1μg/m L^10.0μg/m L范围内,线性良好,相关系数R=0.9996,平均回收率在96%~100%之间。
Bromate is one of the disinfection by-products produced by the ozonation of drinking water,which is considered as a potential 2B-level carcinogen by International Agency for Research on Cancer. Therefore,the research on measurement methods of bromate is much vital to the control of this pollutant in drinking water. This paper aims to establish a method of ion chromatography for measuring bromate in drinking water. During the experiment,the chromatographic column is IonPac AS19( 4 mm × 250 mm),while the eluate combines Na_2CO_3( 1. 0 mol /L) with Na HCO3( 1. 0 mmol /L). Conductivity detector is CDD-10 AVP and is quantified by external standard measurement. Meanwhile,F-Test Method is used to evaluate the gage repeatability and reproducibility,getting a good feedback in both indicators. After testing,the bromate in drinking water is in the range of 0. 1 μg / m L ~ 10. 0 μg / m L with a good linearity,and the correlation coefficient is 0. 9996 with the average recovery rate between 96% ~ 100%.
