摘要 为研究异形钢结构桥梁的快速施工方法,以"花瓣式"异形斜拉桥(西安市富裕路沣河大桥)钢拱塔节段吊装无支架施工为例,通过钢拱塔节段工厂制造、现场钢拱塔节段吊装、水平索及斜拉索张拉等施工关键技术,分析工程的特点及难点,对比原设计方案与实施方案的施工速度及施工成本。实践证明:钢拱塔节段吊装无支架施工技术速度快、安全性高、适用性强,同时具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,可为同类型桥梁的快速施工提供有益参考。 In order to study the rapid construction method of the special shaped steel structure bridge,taking the"petal"aliens cablestayed bridge Xi'an city rich road Fenghe bridge steel arch tower segment lifting construction as an example,through the key technologies of construction,such as the manufacturing of steel arch tower section,the hoisting of the steel arch tower,the tension of the horizontal cable and the stayed cable,this paper analyses the characteristics and difficulties of this project,compars the construction speed and construction cost of the original design scheme with this design scheme. The practice proves that the steel arch tower segment listing construction technology is faster,higher security and more applicable,at the same time,has good social benefit and economic benefit. The construction method can provide useful reference for the rapid construction of the same type of bridge.
