摘要
目的:探究丹芪合剂对肾间质纤维化大鼠的疗效。方法:将36只雄性SD大鼠随机分为模型组、治疗组、假手术组,以左侧输尿管结扎制作模型,治疗组腹腔注射黄芪注射液和丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液,模型组和假手术组腹腔注射生理盐水。术后第14、28天每组随机选取6只SD大鼠处死取材。HE、Masson染色观察各组大鼠肾组织病理改变,检测血中BUN、BUA、SCr的含量评价肾功能损害情况。结果:HE染色显示,模型组肾小管萎缩或扩张、坏死明显,治疗组病变相对减轻;Masson染色显示,模型组大量胶原纤维沉积较治疗组明显;血生化检测显示,第28天时,与模型组相比治疗组大鼠BUN、BUA的含量明显降低(P<0.05),而SCr下调作用不明显。结论:丹芪合剂能有效改善肾间质纤维化的程度,后期能在一定程度上有效改善肾功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of combined Danshen(salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)and Huangqi(astragalusmongholicus)injection(hereinafter referred to as Danqi injection)on renal interstitial fibrosis in rats.Methods:36male SD rats were randomized into the model group,the treatment group,and the control group.In the model group,the left ureters of rats were ligatured.The treatment group was given Danqi injection and Sodium TanshinonⅡAsilate injection into abdominal cavity while the model group and control group were injected with normal saline also into abdominal cavity.Six SD rats of each group were randomly selected to be sacrificed both on the 14 th and 28 th day after operation.Staining methodsof HE and Masson were used to exam the renal pathological change.The content of serum BUN,BUA,SCr were usedto evaluate kidney damage.Results:As for HE staining,compared to treatment group,that renal tubularof atrophy,expansion or rnecrosis is more seriousin model group;and Masson staining,there is a large number of collagen fibers deposition in model group which is more obvious than treatment group.On the 28 th,blood biochemical tests showed,when compared to model group,that the treatment group can obviously reduce the content of BUN,BUA,(P〈0.05),but not SCr.Conclusion:Danqi injection can effectively improve the degree of renal interstitial fibrosis,which also can improve renal function in the late.
