摘要
目的:优选金钗石斛洋参胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:以紫外分光光度法测定粗多糖和总皂苷的含量为考察指标,以加水量、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,采用L9(3-4)正交实验法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:确定最佳提取工艺为A1B2C2,即6倍量水提取2次,每次1h。结论:金钗石斛洋参胶囊的提取工艺条件稳定,方法简便、实用可行,适用于工业大生产,为金钗石斛洋参胶囊的制备奠定了理论基础。
Objective:to optimizing extraction process of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.and Panax quinquefoliumL.Capsule.Methods:UV spectrophotometry for determining the content of crude polysaccharides and total saponins as examining index,add water,extracting times and extracting time as factors,using L9(3-4)orthogonal experiment method of optimizing the best extraction process.Results:the optimum extraction process for A1B2C2,example,six times the amount of water extracted 2times,each time 1hour.Conclusion:extraction process of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.and Panax quinquefolium L.Capsule conditions were stable,the method is simple,practical and feasible,and is applicable to process mass production,for Dendrobium nobile Lindl.and Panax quinquefolium L.Capsule preparation has laid a theoretical basis.
