针刺联合艾灸治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效分析

The Analysis of the Clinical Effect on Treating the Allergic Rhinitis by Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion

[目的]分析针刺联合艾灸疗法对变应性鼻炎的临床疗效,探寻治疗变应性鼻炎的有效方法。[方法]将68例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用针刺联合艾灸疗法,对照组口服盐酸西替利秦片治疗;治疗4周后,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状总积分、主要症状评分;治疗结束3个月后,分别对两组患者进行回访。[结果]治疗前后的两组患者临床症状总积分及临床主要症状如鼻塞、鼻痒等的组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组的临床症状总积分的组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后回访,对照组的临床症状总积分显著高于治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组无显著性变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]针刺联合艾灸疗法能有效治疗变应性鼻炎,且治疗后3个月内临床疗效优于单纯的西药盐酸西替利秦片治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective] To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, and to explore the effective treatment for allergic rhinitis. [Methods] 68 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group; The observation group was received acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy, the control group was treated by qin cetirizine hydrochloride tablets; After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical symptoms total score, the main symptom scores and efficiently were compared before and after the treatment;Three months after the end of treatment, two groups of patients were on a return visit. [Result] The clinical symptoms total score and the main symptoms like nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose of the two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. But compared with the control group, the total score of clinical symptoms was not statistically significant（ P〉0.05）. After 3 months of the treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms of the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy was more effective in treating allergic rhinitis, and in 3 months after treatment, the clinical efficacy was better than that of the pure western medicine qin cetirizine hydrochloride tablets.
