西安市2213例儿童静脉血白细胞计数及其分类参考区间的建立

The establishment of the reference interval for venous blood leukocyte count and classification among 2213 children in Xi′an

目的建立实验室1月至9岁儿童白细胞计数及其分类的生物参考区间。方法选取于2012年10月至2015年3月西安交通大学第一附属医院儿童保健门诊进行健康检查的1月至9岁儿童2 213例作为研究对象,其中白细胞计数按年龄段分为4个组,白细胞分类的统计分析按照年龄分为7个组。以日本Sysmex公司全自动血液分析仪进行检测。结果白细胞计数随年龄增加呈现下降趋势,至7岁以后基本降至成人水平;白细胞分类中随年龄变化明显的是淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞,且变化有一定规律性;除3~〈7岁组外,性别因素对白细胞计数和分类无影响。结论获得了该实验室的儿童白细胞计数及其分类参考区间,有助于诊断。

Objective To establish the reference interva1 for venous blood leukocyte count and classification among children from 1month to 9years old in the laboratory.Methods 2 213 health children aged from 1month to 9years old were retrospectively analyzed from October 2012 to March 2015.White blood cells counts were analyzed statistically in 4groups according to age,classification was in 7groups.The results were obtained by Sysmex series fully automatic blood analyzer.Results White blood cells decrease showed a trend of increase with age and fell to adult basic level after 7years old.The changes of lymphocytes and neutrophils proportion along with ag were most obvious and had a certain regularity.Except for 3-7years-old group,there was no influence of gender factor in leukocyte count and classification.Conclusion The regional children′s white blood cells count and classification of the lab reference range were obtained which could improve the diagnosis.
