摘要 首先总结IEC/TR62001:2009标准中涉及交流谐波的各项谐波计算指标,推导出模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的交流侧谐波等值电路;然后根据MMC交流输出的阶梯波特性,提出一种基于多个方波叠加的MMC交流谐波简化分析方法;接着针对利用MMC详细电磁暂态仿真模型进行谐波分析仿真速度太慢的问题,提出一种利用MMC快速模型进行MMC谐波分析方法;最后在PSCAD/EMTDC下对基于Matlab的谐波解析分析进行了仿真验证,通过理论计算与数值仿真证明了本文所提出方法的正确性。 The harmonic calculation indexes of AC harmonics involved in the standard of IEC/TR62001 are firstly summarized. The harmonic equivalent circuit on the AC side of modular multilevel converter(MMC) is then derived. Based on the ladder-wave characteristics of the AC output of modular multilevel converter, a simplified method for analysis of AC harmonics of modular multilevel converter based on multiple superimposed square-wares is proposed. To overcome the time-consuming problem of analyzing modular multilevel converter harmonics by using the detailed electromagnetic transient simulation model, a method for modular multilevel converter harmonic analysis by using fast simulation model is proposed. Finally, harmonic analysis based on Matlab is simulated and verified on PSCAD/EMTDC. Correctness of the proposed methods is proved by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.
