摘要 分时电价是需求侧管理的一项重要手段,如何最大程度地激发用户对价格的响应是分时电价政策的关键。采用模糊聚类方法对峰谷时段进行重新划分,利用用户电力需求价格弹性矩阵,考虑尖峰电价的影响,从而进一步激励用户改变其用电行为,达到削峰填谷、平滑负荷曲线的目的。最后,通过算例仿真验证所提模型及方法的有效性。 Time-of-use(TOU) is an important means of demand-side management. How to motivate the users to a great extent on the response of the price is a key to the price policy of TOU. Combining with fuzzy clustering method for the partition of peak and valley periods, using the elastic matrices of electricity price and demand of electricity, and moreover the critical peak price is added to further motivate consumers to change their electricity consumption behavior to make peak clipping, valley filling and load curve stable. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by the simulation results of numerical examples.
