左心室辅助装置治疗终末期心力衰竭进展 被引量：6

摘要 心力衰竭（heart failure,HF）是一种世界范围内都极为普遍的疾病,是具有致命性的临床综合征,是心源性死亡的主要原因。统计显示我国HF的发病率大约为0.9%[1],死亡率逐年增高。针对神经内分泌系统和病理重构研发的药物,已经成为治疗HF的一线药物并列入指南,但对于大部分终末期HF患者药物往往无法起到良好效果。尽管心脏移植可以提高终末期HF患者的生存率,
