摘要
为了探讨外源钙提高植物抗旱性的相关机制,本试验研究了干旱胁迫下(PEG模拟干旱),叶面喷施CaCl_2对黄瓜幼苗生长、叶绿素含量、膜脂过氧化、脯氨酸和蛋白质积累以及光合气体交换参数的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施CaCl_2可以促进干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的生长,提高叶片的叶绿素的含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率以及水分利用率,降低膜脂过氧化程度及脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的积累量,缓解了干旱对黄瓜幼苗的不利影响,从而增强植株对干旱的适应能力。
In order to approach the related mechanisms of exogenous Ca Cl2 in improving plant drought resistance,the simulated drought stress with PEG was used to study the variation of seedling growth,chlorophyll content,membrane lipid peroxidation,proline and protein accumulation and photosynthetic gas exchange parameters after foliar spraying of Ca Cl2. The results showed that foliar spraying of Ca Cl2 could promote the cucumber seedling growth,increase the leaf chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and water use efficiency,and decreased the membrane lipid peroxidation and the accumulation of proline and soluble protein. So the impact of drought stress on cucumber seedlings was alleviated,and thereby the plant drought resistance was increased.
