潍县萝卜茎叶功效成分分子追踪及生物活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探明潍县萝卜茎叶的功效成分,追踪其分子结构,本研究采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析及RP-18色谱柱等对潍县萝卜茎叶甲醇提取物进行分离和纯化,共获得了18个化合物,分别是芥子油(Mustard oil)、芥子酸甘油酯(脂肪油,Mustard acid glyceride)、芥子碱硫氰酸盐(脂肪油,Sinapine thiocyanate)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)、γ-谷甾醇(γ-sitosterol)、萝卜苷(Glucoraphanin)、胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol)、胆碱(Choline)、亚麻酸(Linolenic acid)、莱菔素(Sulforaphene)、黄酮(Flavone)、十八碳二烯酸(Octadecadienoic acid)、十六碳一烯酸(Hexadecylenic acid)、十八碳一烯酸(Vaccenic acid)、十四烷酸(Myristic acid)、亚麻脑苷脂(Linum cerebroside)、十八烷酸(Octadecanoic acid)、二十烷酸(Eicosanoic acid)。其中,纯度达95%的亚麻脑苷脂为首次从植物中获得,并通过理化性质分析和MS、NMR等波谱方法对其结构进行了鉴定。另外,莱菔素具有重要的生物活性,1 mg/m L莱菔素对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有显著的抑制作用。 Aiming to find out the functional components and track their molecular structures in the leaves of Weixian radish,this research adopted the silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH- 20 and RP-18 chromatographic separation and purification technique to analyze the methanol extract. Total of 18 kinds of components were seperated and purified,which were mustard acid glyceride,sinapine thiocyanate,β- sitosterol,γ- sitosterol,glucoraphanin,daucostedienoic acid,hexadecylenic acid,vaccenic acid,myristic acid,linum cerebroside,octadecanoic acid and eicosanoic acid. The linum cerebroside was the one first obtained from plant,and its molecular structure was identified through physical and chemical analysis and spectral methods such as MS and NMR. The sulforaphene has important biological activity,so the tests on its inhibition to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were also carried out at the same time. It indicated that 1 mg / m Lsulforaphene showed significant inhibiton effects on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
