桃上苹果褪绿叶斑病毒的发生与检测

Occurrence and Detection of Apple Chlorotic Leaf Spot Virus on Peach

对山东省果树研究所试验基地‘玉妃’、‘超红’、‘岱妃’三个桃品种的苹果褪绿叶斑病毒病的发生情况进行调查,采集22份样品,利用ACLSV特异性引物进行RT-PCR检测。结果表明,在‘玉妃’桃的叶片中扩增出与苹果褪绿叶斑病毒(Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus,ACLSV)预期大小一致的目的片段,并与GenBank登录的病毒核苷酸序列具有较高的一致性,而在‘超红’和‘岱妃’桃中均未检测到该病毒。

The occurrence status of Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus（ ACLSV） disease was investigated on three peach varieties Yufei,Chaohong and Daifei in the experimental base of Shandong Institute of Pomology.Twenty- two samples were collected and detected by RT- PCR using ACLSV primers. The results showed that the target fragment was amplified with the expected size of ACLSV from Yufei peach,which had higher identity with the corresponding nucleotide sequence recorded in Gen Bank.
