日粮中添加油菜秸秆对生长马饲喂效果的影响

Influence of Adding Rape Straw in Diet on Feeding Effect of Growing Horse

昭苏当地产油菜秸秆与混播草按不同比例替换调制混合日粮进行生长马饲喂试验,观察日粮对马自由采食量、采食率、消化率、增重量及血液性状的影响。结果表明,随着油菜秸秆添加比例的增加,各组干物质采食量、日粮干物质采食率显著降低(P<0.05);干物质消化率、蛋白质消化率和酸性洗涤纤维消化率降低,各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);马的日增重量降低(P<0.05);各组马血小板数目和血液中铁含量显著减少,白细胞数增加(P<0.05),其它血液指标各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,油菜秸秆长期饲喂对马健康的影响需要进一步研究探索。

The feeding tests of growing horse were conducted using the prepared diets with the mixed-seeding grass replaced by rape straw from Zhaosu at certain proportions. The effects of these diets on the feed intake,digestibility,weight gain and blood traits of horse were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that with the increase of adding proportion of rape straw,the dry matter intake and the eating rate decreased significantly（ P〈 0. 05）; the digestibility of dry matter,protein and acid detergent fiber decreased with no significant differences（ P〈 0. 05）; the daily gain of horse weight decreased significantly（ P〈 0. 05）. Except the decrease of platelet count and iron content and the increase of blood cell count（ P〈 0. 05）,there were no significant differences between different groups in the other blood characters. The long- term feeding effect of rape straw on horse health would need further researches.
