发泡剂ACP对丁腈橡胶/聚氯乙烯发泡材料开孔性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用自由发泡法制备丁腈橡胶(NBR)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)开孔发泡材料,研究发泡剂ACP对NBR/PVC发泡材料开孔性能的影响。结果表明,随着发泡剂ACP用量的增大,NBR/PVC发泡材料的泡孔有增大的趋势,发泡剂ACP用量为15份,开孔率达到最大值,为24.3%。 NBR/PVC open pore foaming material was prepared by free foaming method and the effect of foaming agent ACP on the open pore structure of NBR/PVC foam material was investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of the addition level of the foaming agent ACP,the pore size increased and the opening rate reached maximum value of 24.3% when the addition level of ACP was 15 phr.
