摘要
根据浆体的流变特性推导了管道输送阻力公式。采用在管壁处高剪切区注入少许水改变管壁处的综合粘度,以低粘流体的剪切变形代替高粘浆体的剪切变形达到减阻的目的,通过试验对比,减阻效果达10%左右。本研究对深井全尾砂充填法的推广具有重要意义。
The calculative formula for the drag force of slurry in pipeline transportation was derived based on slurry rheological properties. In the test,water was injected into the high shear area of tube wall to change the comprehensive viscosity of tube wall,aiming to reduce the resistance by replacing shear deformation of high-viscosity slurry with shear deformation of low-viscosity fluid. The following comparative tests showed the drag reduction could be around 10%,indicating such experimental study being of significant reference for the wider application of the backfilling with whole tailings in the deep well.
