聚氨酯筛网超声波除垢试验研究

摘要 针对鲁中矿业公司德瑞克细筛聚氨酯筛网结垢严重的问题,分析了结垢成因,采用超声波对筛网除垢,总除垢率达到99%以上。超声波除垢方法不仅除垢成本低、除垢彻底、节能环保,而且对恢复聚氨酯筛网筛分性能、延长其使用寿命意义重大,经济效益和社会效益显著。 For the incrustation of Derrick fine polyurethane( PU) screens in Minmetals Luzhong Mining Co Ltd,scale formation mechanism was discussed and ultrasonic wave method was introduced for incrustation removal. With this technique,the incrustation can be removed thoroughly with the total descaling rate exceeding 99%. Meanwhile,this low cost approach is comparatively energy-saving and environmentally-friendly. Consequently,the PU screens can get back a good screening performance,resulting in a prolonged service life. This can bring significant economic and social benefits.
