摘要
对某WO_30.23%、TFe品位22.09%的含钨铁矿进行了选矿工艺研究。采用先浮选回收钨、浮选尾矿磁选回收铁的工艺,可获得含WO_363.24%、回收率87.14%、TFe含量为0.48%的钨精矿和TFe品位62.03%、回收率41.67%的铁精矿,钨和铁均得到了较好的回收。
Beneficiation tests of a scheelite-bearing iron ore with WO_3 and TFe grade of 0. 23% and 22. 09%,respectively,were conducted. The flowsheet consisting of a flotation process to collect scheelite and a magnetic separation to reclaim magnetite from flotation tailings resulted in a tungsten concentrate with WO_3 grade and recovery of 63. 24%and 87. 14%, respectively, and an iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery of 62. 03% and 41. 67%,respectively,with the TFe content in the tungsten concentrate reduced to 0. 48%. Through this measure,both tungsten and iron resources can be well recovered.
