摘要
针对胶硫钼矿难以采用物理选矿方法处理的问题,提出了氧化焙烧-酸浸处理工艺。试验得到的最佳工艺条件为:矿样粒度-0.074 mm粒级占65%,不添加焙烧添加剂,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间45 min,硫酸用量20%,浸出温度80℃,浸出液固比1∶1,浸出时间5 h,在此条件下,钼浸出率可达91.55%。
The process of oxidative roasting-acid leaching was proposed for the jordisite ore that can' t be effectively treated with physical dressing methods. It can be seen from the tests that ore sample in the grinding size of-0. 074 mm65%,roasted at 400 ℃ for 45 min without any additive and leached at 80 ℃ for 5 h with sulfuric acid at dosage of 20%and liquid-solid ratio at 1∶ 1,resulted in the leaching rate of molybdenum at 91. 55%.
