顶吹浸没熔炼流体流场行为的模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 以云南某厂的艾萨炉为原型,根据相似定理建立1∶10的水模型,借助高速摄影机和三位粒子测速仪(PIV)等仪器研究了内置旋流器的喷枪在喷吹过程中对熔体流动行为的影响。研究结果显示:由于受到旋流器产生的旋流作用,大气泡在形成过程中会产生偏移,熔池内的熔体在横向获得速度分量;喷枪插入深度越大,熔池内的小气泡越多;搅拌混匀时间与旋流器距喷枪底部位置有关。 Based on the prototype of ISA furnace in a Yunnan plant,a 1 ∶ 10 scale model was built to investigate the effect of lance with a built-in swirler on the fluid flow behavior during the blowing process by using high speed camera and the PIV in the simulation tests. The results indicated that the phenomena of big bubble migration occurred during the formation due to the swirling effect caused by swirler,and the melt in the bath got the transverse velocity component.It is found that the deeper the submerged lance in the furnace,the more small bubbles occur in the bath,and the stirring time depends on the distance of swirler away from the bottom of lance.
