摘要
对侧吹烟化炉中处理锌系统沉铁渣时粉煤用量、Fe_2O_3/SiO_2比、CaO/SiO_2比、反应温度、反应时间对熔炼过程的影响进行了研究,确定了最优工艺技术参数。结果表明,在m粉煤/m渣样=1/2.8,CaO/SiO_2=0.75,Fe_2O_3/SiO_2>1,烟化温度1250℃,烟化时间1 h条件下获得铅锌挥发率均大于96%。
In order to study the feasibility of recovering iron precipitate slag from zinc smelting process with side-blown fuming furnace,the effects of coal powder consumption,Fe_2O_3/ SiO_2 ratio and CaO /SiO_2 ratio,reaction temperature and time on the smelting process were investigated. The optimal processing parameters were finally determined. With coal powder and slag sample at a mass ratio of 1 ∶ 2. 8,CaO / SiO_2 ratio of 0. 75,Fe_2O_3/ SiO_2 ratio more than 1,fuming at1 250 ℃ for 1 h,the volatilization rate of lead and zinc exceeds 96%.
