摘要
以武汉市东湖淤泥作为主要原料,以粉煤灰为校正组分,制备一种轻质高强低吸水率的淤泥-粉煤灰陶粒。结果表明,粉煤灰的加入有效改善了淤泥在烧制高强陶粒中烧失量过大的问题。在粉煤灰掺量为40%、淤泥为60%、焙烧温度1200℃、焙烧时间15 min、预烧温度400℃、预烧时间20 min条件下,制得的淤泥-粉煤灰陶粒表观密度为1.182 g/cm^3、吸水率3.64%、单颗粒强度7.92MPa。通过TG/DSC、XDR、SEM分析发现,烧成制度中影响淤泥-粉煤灰陶粒性能的主要因素是焙烧温度与焙烧时间,并且陶粒表面形成了致密的矿物层,有效减小陶粒表观密度与吸水率。
Lightweight ceramsite with high-strength and low water absorption was prepared by taking the East Lake silt in Wuhan as the main raw material and fly ash as the corrective component. Experimental results show that the addition of fly ash can effectively solve the problem of excessive burning in the high strength ceramisite. The high strength ceramsite was prepared with appropriate sintering process (calcination temperature 1200 ℃,calcination time 15min,baking temperature 400℃,baking time 20min)when the fly ash content was 40% and silt content was 60%. The ceramsite properties were as following: apparent density of 1.182 g/cm3, the water absorption rate of 3.64%,and the single particle strength of 7.92 MPa. The TG/DSC, XRD and SEM analysis results show that the main factors affecting the silt-fly ash in the system are the calcination temperature and time,and a dense mineral layer is formed on the surface,which effectively reduces the apparent density and water absorption.
