摘要 利用建筑垃圾铁板砂、花岗岩边角废料和粉煤灰等制备免烧砖,研究各原料对免烧砖强度的影响规律。确定了制备免烧砖各原料的最佳配合比:铁板砂45%、花岗岩15%、粉煤灰10%、生石灰26%、石膏3%、水泥1%,按此配比可以制备出28 d抗压、抗折强度分别为25、10 MPa的免烧砖。 Baking-free bricks was prepared by using the construction waste such as iron sand, granite and fly ash. The influ- ence of every raw material to the strength of baking-free bricks was studied. The optimal mixing proportion of baking-free bricks" raw material was determined. The results show that this kind of baking-free bricks" optimum mix values:iron plate sand is 45%, granite content is 15%,fly ash is 10%,quicklime is 26%,gypsum is 3%,cement content is 1%. Baking-free bricks which have compressive strength 25 MPa and flexural strength 10MPa can be fabricated at this rate.
