摘要
对掺加丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸乳液聚合物的整体防水混凝土的强度、吸水系数以及抗氯离子侵蚀性等进行研究。结果表明,在混凝土拌合料中掺加一定量的丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸乳液聚合物,能够使混凝土的毛细吸水系数降低74%以上,改善混凝土的防水性能;与素混凝土相比,掺丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸乳液聚合物的混凝土氯离子含量明显降低,改善了混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀能力;掺聚合物延缓了水化反应进行,使得混凝土强度降低。
Research includes experiments on concrete intensity,absorption coefficient, corrosion resistance of chlorine ion and etc of acrylamide-acrylic acid emulsion polymer ensemble water-proof concrete. The experimental result shows that mixing a cer- tain amount of acrylamide-acrylic acid emulsion polymer retard the process of hydration reaction which may reduce the intensity of concrete;it turns out that capillary water absorption coefficient of concrete will be reduced by 74% after mixed the emulsion polymer. Comparing to plain concrete,the one mixed with acrylamide-acrylic acid emulsion polymer has a remarkably lower chlo- rine ion ratio,which will improve the chlorine ion corrosion resistance ability of concrete.
