夏枯草颗粒质量标准提高的实验研究

The improvement of quality standard about prunellae spica granule

目的建立夏枯草颗粒的质量控制方法,为其质量标准提高提供依据。方法建立夏枯草颗粒的薄层鉴别方法,采用高效液相色谱法测定夏枯草颗粒中的迷迭香酸含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰,含量测定中迷迭香酸在0.2069-1.2414μg范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.52%（RSD=2.0%）。结论所建立的方法简便、准确,可以有效地控制夏枯草颗粒的质量。

Objective To establish the quality control method of prunellae spica granule and provide the proof to increase the quality standard. Methods To establish an identification method of prunellae spica granule by TLC. The concentration of rosmarinic acid in the prunellae spica granule were determined by HPLC. Results The spots in TLC chromatograms were clear and negative control groups are stable. Rosmarinic acid has a good linearity in the range of 0. 2069 ~ 1. 241 4 μg / m L. The average recovery rate was100. 52%（ RSD = 2. 0%）. Conclusion This method is accuracy,credibility and repeatability. It is suitable to ensure the quality of prunellae spica granule.
