摘要
目的利用HPLC法测定"强力五虎合剂"中苦杏仁苷、盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法以C18键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸(16∶4∶80),在207 nm波长测定苦杏仁苷;以0.1%磷酸-乙腈(95∶5),在207 nm波长测定盐酸麻黄碱。结果苦杏仁苷在0.100~0.800μg(r=0.999 4),盐酸麻黄碱在0.008~0.048μg(r=0.999 9)间范围内呈现良好的线性关系。样品中苦杏仁苷平均回收率为99.51%,RSD=2.51%;盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率为97.47%,RSD=1.75%。结论该方法结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于控制"强力五虎合剂"的质量。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Qiangli wuhu heji index components of amygdalin,ephedrine hydrochloride. Methods HPLC was used to assay( LC- 20 A Daojin high performance liquid chromatograph),column chromatography Wonda Sil C18( 4. 6mm x 250 mm,5 m),the mobile phase respectively with methanol,acetonitrile 0. 1% phosphoric acid( 16∶ 4∶ 80),at 207 nm wavelength determination of amygdalin,0. 1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile( 95∶ 5),at 207 NM wavelength determination of ephedrine hydrochloride. Results Amygdalin in 0. 100 ~ 0. 800 g( r = 0. 999 4),ephedrine hydrochloride in 0. 008 ~ 0. 048 μg( r =0. 999 9) between the range presented good linear relationship. Samples of Amygdalin in the average recovery rate were 99. 51%,RSD= 2. 51% of ephedrine hydrochloride; and the average recovery rate was 97. 47%,RSD = 1. 75%. Conclusion The method is accurate,high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and can be used for quality control of Qiangli wuhu heji.
