摘要
该研究建立了固相萃取高效液相色谱法测定水中2,4-二氯酚,2,4,6-三氯酚、五氯酚的检测方法。水样经过酸化后,经固相萃取柱富集、洗脱、浓缩出待测物质。经高效液相色谱检测,利用外标法进行定量。通过对检测参数改进,2,4-二氯酚、2,4,6-三氯酚、五氯酚的相关系数分别为0.999 6、1.000 0、0.999 9,检出限(LOD)分别为0.29 μg/L、0.15 μg/L、0.22 μg/L,7次相对标准偏差在0.36%-1.00%之间,加标回收率为83.43%-111.81%,能很好的满足监测要求。
This paper established a method which used the high performance liquid chromatography with solid phase extraction to test the 2,4,6-Trichlorophenol,2,4-Dichlorophenol and Pentachlorophenol of surface water. Water samples after acidification, concentrated by solid-phase extraction column, elution, condensed out the material under test. By high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) testing, using external standard method for quantitative. By Improving the test method, the 2,4,6- Trichlorophenol,2,4-Diehlorophenol and Pentachlorophenol's correlation coefficient was 0.999 6, 1.000 0, 0.999 9. The detection limits (LOD) were 0.29μg/L, 0.15 μg/L, 0.22 μg/L. The relative standard deviation was 0.36%-0.36%, recovery was 83.43%- 111.81%. This method met the requirements of water monitoring well.
