摘要
芽孢杆菌G1菌株在间歇曝气条件下,能通过好氧硝化和反硝化将养猪污水中的氨氮和亚硝态氮同时去除,表明其具有异养硝化-好氧反硝化功能。好氧反硝化反应要求低溶氧条件。将G1菌剂制备成颗粒型或膜片型人造生物膜,并与市售的硝化菌和反硝化菌在相同条件下比较,结果显示G1菌株人造生物膜好氧反硝化活性更高。G1菌株人造生物膜可在一个反应器内实现低好氧硝化-反硝化脱氮。
G1 strain which is a heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic de-nitrification Bacillus sp. was studied. The results showed that at intermittent aeration conditions the G1 strain can remove NH3-N and NO2-N simuhaneously from swine farming sewage by aerobic nitrification-denitrifieation. Different types of amficial biofilm were made with G1 strain and with other nitrification bacterium and denitrification bacteria from market and compared them at same conditions. It showed that the ABF with G1 strain had higher activity of denitrification. Thus the ABF with G1 strain can be used to bio-denitrification in one reactor at low aeration.
