摘要
水厂废水池出水流量稳定是污泥浓缩池运行稳定的重要前提条件。通过增加变频器,更换屏蔽电源线等硬件改造手段,及运用基于PLC的液位区间算法的软件改造手段,将废水池潜水泵改造成自动变频控制,稳定了废水池出水流量,改善了污泥浓缩池运行效果。
Stabilization of effluent flow in wastewater tank is an important prerequisite to sludge thickener operation. By increasing frequency converter,replacing shielded cables, and applying interval judgement algorithm for water lever range based on PLC technol- ogy, submersible pump in wastewater tank was transformed into automatic frequency conversion control. Thus, effluent flow of wastew- ater tank was stabilized, and the operation performance of sludge thickener was improved.
