摘要
作为水循环换热冷却设备,冷却塔在各工业生产部门使用广泛,冷却过程在带走大量热能的情况下也消耗大量的水资源。该文通过对冷却塔补水组成分析,了解影响冷却塔补水的主要因素,探讨浓缩倍数与补水量之间的关系及冷却系统的节水潜力;研究可为冷却设施循环水系统提高浓缩倍数,减少补水,最终实现水资源高效利用提供参考与借鉴。
As the heat exchange and cooling equipment by using water recirculation, cooling towers are widely used in kind of me- chanical industries. However, amounts of water consumption are inevitable along with the removal of heat during cooling process. The study started from introducing the composition of makeup water, and then handled key parameters which mainly influents makeup wa- ter consumption for the cooling towers. The ultimate objective was to discuss the relationship between concentration ratio and makeup consumption, and the potential of water saving in cooling system. The study could provide a reference for increasing concentration ra- tio, saving makeup water, as well as realizing the resource utilization efficiency for water recireulation system in cooling facilities.
