摘要
建立了一种同时测定化妆品中3种抗坏血酸类功效成分(L-抗坏血酸、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁和抗坏血酸葡萄糖苷)的分析方法。样品用质量分数0.08%的HPO3溶液提取后经具有亲水作用的AQ C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)分离,采用20 mmol/L KH_2PO_4(H_3PO_4调p H为2.6)作为流动相,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)进行检测,检测波长为240 nm,外标法定量。在优化的实验条件下,3种抗坏血酸类功效成分在0.5~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好。在空白样品中添加10,100,1000 mg/kg 3个浓度水平,得到的回收率为91%~108%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~7.2%。方法的检出限(S/N=3)为3 mg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为10 mg/kg。方法可满足化妆品中3种抗坏血酸类功效成分的检测要求。
A simple high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection( HPLC-DAD) method for simultaneous determination of 3 ascorbic acid active constituents( L-ascorbic acid, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate and ascorbyl glucoside) in cosmetics was developed. The sample was extracted by 0. 08%metaphosphoric acid solution and separated by a hydrophilic AQ C18 chromatographic column( 4. 6 × 250 mm,5μm). 20 mmol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution( adjust p H to 2. 6 with phosphate) was used as mobile phase. The detection was performed at 240 nm by using HPLC-DAD. The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis. Under optimized condition,the calibration curves were linear in the range of0. 5 ~ 100 mg / L. The average recoveries at three spiked levels of 10,100,100 0mg / kg were between 91% and108%,with relative standard deviations of 2. 4% ~ 7. 2%. The limits of detection( LODs,S / n = 3) was 3 mg /kg and the limits of quantitative( LOQs,S / N = 10) was 10 mg / kg. The method was simple,rapid,and accurate enough to meet the requirement for determination of the 3 ascorbic acid active constituents in cosmetics.
