大气颗粒物中多环芳烃及多氯联苯的同步检测分析技术 被引量:4

Synchronous analytical technology of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in atmospheric particles

摘要 考察了含有多环芳烃及多氯联苯样品的同步测定分析技术,以气相色谱-质谱联用分析为线索,总结了样品同步提取、同时净化、一次性分析的应用,对前处理仪器与分析仪器联用同步分析的技术也进行了探讨。为进行大气颗粒物中这两类化合物的同步检测分析奠定基础,以期对未来进行的大气污染调查、环境污染控制以及重污染天的应急监测工作提供更好的技术支持。 Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs) and polychlorinated biphenyls( PCBs) are persistent organic pollutants. They are highly toxic, persistent, metastatic and bio accumulative, by influencing regeneration and the immune systems of biota,leading to mutation and birth defects,sometimes even cancer.PAHs and PCBs in the atmosphere are usually analyzed respectively,being complicated,costly,time –consuming and low efficient. Two kinds of pretreatment and instrument determination are used in one-sample analysis,which can not meet the requirements of environmental monitoring nowadays. This article reviews synchronous analytical methods of PAHs and PCBs, summarizing applications of simultaneous extraction,purification and one-time analysis,in order to provide better technical supports for environmental investigation,pollution control and emergency monitoring of air pollution in the future.
