摘要
在锥齿轮加工过程中,铣刀经常发生磨损、崩刃、断裂等失效情况。为了改善刀具失效情况,延长刀具使用寿命,在刀具铣削锥齿轮三维模型基础上,利用有限元仿真软件DEFORM对刀具铣齿过程进行仿真。研究了刀具的铣削力、等效应力及工件与刀具的温度场变化情况。得出铣削加工的状态变量对实际生产中铣刀的失效情况分析及加工参数选择具有指导意义。
In the process of bevel gear machining, the milling cutter often occurs abrasion, tipping and fracture condition. In order to improve the tool failure condition and prolong the service life of the cutter, based on the 3D model of the cutter milling bevel gear, the machining process was simulated by the finite element simulation software DEFORM. Analyzing the milling force of cutter, equivalent stress and the temperature change between the cutting tool and the workpiece. The obtained state variable of milling process has important significance on failure analysis of milling cutter and choosing the parameters of processing.
