摘要
风力发电机增速机构中平行轴斜齿轮传动是影响风机振动的重要因素,通过Pro/E的参数功能对平行轴齿轮进行参数化设计与建模,以有限元理论为基础,对平行轴齿轮运行时进行瞬态动力学分析,运用了动态响应分析方法,计算得出高速轴心节点处的速度、加速度及位移时域响应曲线图。对计算结果进行分析,将振动周期与施加载荷周期相比较,为选取轴承以及计算轴承的使用寿命提供理论参考。
The transmission of the parallel shaft helical gear in speed-increase mechanism is the main factor affecting the vibration of wind turbine generator. The parallel shaft helical gear is parameterized designed and modeled by the Pro/E software, the time domain response curve of the velocity,accelerated velocity and the displacement of the node in high speed axis are calculated through the transient dynamics for the whole configuration based on finite element theory. From the result of calculation, the cycle of vibration are compared with the cycle of input load, the theoretical basis for the selection of the bearings and the calculation of the service life can be provided.
