随着MPV销量持续快速增长,主机厂将其看成市场争夺的重要模块,为提升车型的市场竞争力、拓展车型的市场定位,从设计上往往通过增加车型的配置来实现,而内饰是实现配置丰富的第一重点。为增加某一车型侧围内饰的不同配置,共用同一车体,预留不同配置的孔位和结构,使不同配置的侧围内饰能够实现安装,并通过螺塞遮挡工艺孔和其他多余的孔位,保证内饰外观及车体的密封性,最终使乘、商版侧围内饰在同一车体上实现,增加了其竞争优势,也为后续车型提供创新设计方向。

It increased competitive advantage, but also provided innovative design direction for future models.
