摘要
新疆清真鸡肉产品持续优质化及质量安全可追溯性,已成为区域优势畜禽产业链发展的主要问题。以帕戈郎清真鸡肉产品为例,通过质量安全追溯系统信息流程、预警与追溯系统信息结构及质量安全追溯整体体系设计,解析了帕戈郎清真鸡肉产品质量安全追溯体系的组成及设计方法。相关研究成果可为畜禽生产管理者、经营者、加工企业、销售管理者提供便捷可靠的信息咨询,提高清真饮食消费者的购买欲望与信心。
The sustained high quality and the traceability of chicken products in Xinjiang had become a major problem for the development of regional superiority livestock and poultry industry chain. The information flow of quality and safety traceability system, the information structure of early warning and traceability system, including the quality safety traceability system, had been designed in the case of Paklan halal chicken products, meanwhile, the composition and design method of the traceability system were analyzed. The related research results could provide convenient and reliable information consultation for the livestock and poultry production managers, operators, processing enterprises and sales managers, and improve the consumer’s purchase desire and confidence.
