摘要
压榨辊是甘蔗压榨机的重要部件和基础部件之一。强度是影响压榨性能的非常重要的因素。根据压榨辊的工作特性及其材料属性的要求,对压榨辊进行理论受力分析,通过在不同压力比工作状态下的情况,求出压榨辊具体所受的压力值,并在此基础上对其进行了有限元分析,最终确定了整个压榨辊的应力和变形分布情况。最后,对压榨辊有限元分析的后处理结果进行了理论分析,确定在正常的工况下压榨辊强度完全满足工作要求。并得出压榨辊的应力和变形随压力比变化的变化规律。
The press roller is one of the most important parts and the basic components of sugarcane rolling mills. Strength is a very important factor affecting the squeezing properties. Therefore, according to the requirements of the operating characteristics of the press rollers and their material properties, analyze the theoretical stress of the press rollers, and calculate the specific pressure value on the press roller in the different operating state conditions of various pressures ratios. On this basis, finite element analysis is carried out, also ultimately determine the distribution of the stress and deformation of the press roller; finally, after the results of the finite element analysis of press rollers are analyzed, it is proved that the strength of press roller fully meet the requirements of working condition in general. In addition, obtain the change law of the stress and deformation of press roller with the changes of the pressure ratios.
