食品安全是国计民生之本,对食品质量安全的管理已成为政府和民众关注的焦点。JQA即岗位质量分析,是一种质量管理工具,通过实施JQA,目的是鼓励和指导员工主动发现和控制质量风险,保障食品安全。就JQA实施的原则和步骤进行了详细的阐述,以期为食品的质量管理提供一些参考。
Food safety, which is vital to the national economy and people’s livelihood, has been the focus of the government and the whole nation. JQA, short for Job Quality Analysis, is a tool for quality administration. The implementation of JQA is to encourage and guide employers to detect and control the quality risk actively so as to secure food safety. It aims to illustrate the principles and procedures of JQA implementation in order to provide reference to the administration of food quality.
