阿魏酸钠与弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变模型大鼠心肌TGF和CTGF表达的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用阿魏酸钠与弥可保对糖尿病周围神经病变模型大鼠心肌的TGF和CTGF表达的效果。方法选取90只4个月龄的SD雄性大鼠,随机均分为对照组、糖尿病周围神经病变组、阿魏酸钠干预组、弥可保干预组、阿魏酸钠与弥可保干预组,每组15只,分别观察测定实验后大鼠的体重、血糖、胰岛素及心肌CTGF和TGF的变化。结果与对照组比较,其余各组体重均下降,血糖、胰岛素、心肌CTGF与TGF均有所升高,但是其余各干预组体重、血糖、胰岛素、心肌CTGF与TGF指标均比糖尿病周围神经病变组有所改善,其中阿魏酸钠与弥可保组效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠和弥可保均能抑制糖尿病大鼠心肌CTGF及TGF-β1的表达,起到心脏保护作用,两药联用具有协同作用,为临床治疗提供了借鉴。 Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate and Mecobalamin on myocardial TGF and CTGF expression in diabetic peripheral neuropathy model rat. Methods Ninety of four month old male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,diabetes peripheral neuropathy group,sodium ferulate intervention group,Methycobal intervention group,ferulic acid sodium and mecobalamin intervention group,with 15 rats in each group. The changes of rat body weight,blood glucose,insulin and myocardial CTGF and TGF were measured after the experiment. Results Compared with normal control,the body weight in other groups were decreased,but the blood glucose,insulin,myocardial CTGF and TGF levels were increased. The above indexes in intervention group were improved compared with the diabetic peripheral neuropathy group,and sodium ferulate combined with methylcobalamin intervention group showed Bulgaria effect more obviously( P〈0. 05).Conclusion Sodium ferulate and Methycobal can inhibit expression of myocardial CTGF and TGF beta 1 in diabetic rats. The combination of two drugs has a synergistic effect and provides the reference for the clinical treatment.
