摘要
德国巴伐利亚州见习教育阶段的研修班导师是一个专门职位,经严格遴选产生,全权负责在他就职的学校设立的研修班的所有事务以及见习教师在见习学校的相关事务。研修班导师要平衡见习教师培训和教育教学实践之间的关系,协调见习教师在研修班的学习与见习学校的实践。在研修班中,研修班导师监管培训总计划的制定,随时了解研修班的进程,并且与其他研修班协同合作。研修班导师还要培训见习学校带教老师,同时与见习教师的见习学校保持密切的联系。
In Bavarian Germany,seminar leader is a specialized post in the phase of teacher induction preparation and is strictly selected,who takes all the responsibilities in the seminar at his or her school and the relevant affairs of the trainee teachers at the internship school. The seminar leader should balance the relationship between the internship teacher training and the educational teaching practice; coordinate the learning in the seminar and the practice at the internship school of the trainee teachers. The seminar leader supervises the make-out of the overall training plan,pays close attention on the process of the seminar and cooperates with other seminars. The seminar leader needs to train the instructor teachers of the internship schools and keeps close contact with the internship schools.
