摘要
通过基因调控网络的设计,设计Kalman滤波器和H∞滤波器对受到内部噪声和外部噪声干扰的线性基因调控网络进行滤波处理,并通过仿真分析比较这两种滤波器对生物基因调控网络的滤波能力。在实际问题中,很多情况下需要考虑有色噪声干扰,本文针对在有色噪声干扰的情况下进行滤波仿真比较。
A good gene regulatory network, should has the ability to resist the effects on the cell function which includs the external environment change and internal gene mutation, etc. This paper is based on Kalman filtering theory and H-infinity filtering theory to design controller to filter treat the gene networks on the internal and external noise disturbance. Takes a practical example of simulation,to analyse and compare these two kinds of filters. In the actual gene networks, in many cases to consider colored noise, so in this paper, designs controller to make it to filter for gene networks on the colored noise disturbance and simulate, analyse and compare these two kinds of filters.
