摘要 垃圾焚烧发电厂产生的炉渣不能资源化利用只被用来提取金属,提取完金属的炉渣大量堆积,造成很大的二次污染。中国天楹的江苏省海安炉渣制砖项目很好地解决了这个问题,炉渣经过预处理后加入活化剂Na2Si O34.5%、水泥3.7%、石灰13.7%、石膏4.3%和水搅拌均匀后进入液压制砖机,成型压力为20 MPa,加压时间60 s,保压时间为120 s,洒水养护28 d,这样制成的砖硬度比普通砖高2~3倍,既实现了经济效益,又减轻了环境的负担。 The bottom ash from waste incineration cannot be resource utilization and only used for extracting metal.However,it will cause secondary pollution that the bottom ash was piled up in large quantities. Haian slag brick project of China Tianying solved this problem. After pretreatment,4.5% of Na2 Si O3,3.7% of cement,13.7% of lime,4.3% of gypsum and some water were added. Then we put them into hydraulic brick making machine with 20 MPa of molding pressure,60 s of pressing time,120 s of pressure holding time,28 days of sprinkler maintenance. The hardness of this kind of brick was 2~3 times higher than ordinary brick. This method is not only to achieve the economic benefit,but also to reduce the environmental burden.
