摘要
采用"开挖筛分、资源化利用、污染调查评估"技术对某简易垃圾填埋场进行土地释放,垃圾开挖后进行筛分,筛上物焚烧发电,腐殖土改良后用于园林绿化;渗沥液经膜处理后达标排放;垃圾清挖后进行填埋场污染调查评估。本方案治理污染的同时实现了垃圾的资源化利用和土地使用功能的恢复。
Many technologies were applied in land reusing of a nonstandard landfill,like excavation and screening,resource utilization,pollution investigation and risk evaluation. The waste was screened after excavation,the oversize product was used for incinerating and generating power,the muck was used for landscaping after amelioration,and the leachate was standard discharged after membrane treatment. After all these works,the waste was cleaned up,then the pollution investigation and evaluation were carried out. This scheme simultaneously realized pollution treatment,resource utilization and function recovery of land.
