摘要
采用全过程管理理念,通过对上海市重金属类危险废物处置设施详细的调研和对比,结合各国先进管理经验,系统研究上海市含汞、铬、铅、铜类重金属危险废物从收集到最终处置的设施运营管理过程,形成我国切实、有效、可操作性强的重金属类危险废物处理处置设施运营管理技术指南。
Through the whole process management idea,this paper made a detail study and analysis on hazardous metal waste disposal facilities in Shanghai. Based on the advanced management experiences of various countries,the research made a systematic discussion on the management process of hazardous metal waste,including mercury,chromium,lead and copper,from collection to disposal. Finally,a practical,effective and operable technical guide on operation management of hazardous metal waste disposal facilities was developed.
