蒸馏法处理直接浸出硫渣的研究

摘要 以株洲冶炼集团股份有限公司常压富氧直接浸出硫渣为原料,选择了蒸馏法对硫渣进行系统处理,通过正交试验,得到影响硫挥发率的最主要因素是温度,其次是硫渣厚度,最后是时间。进行了条件试验,考察了温度、时间、硫渣厚度对硫挥发率的影响。在硫渣20 g、坩埚面积为11.25cm2的条件下,得出了最佳蒸馏条件为:蒸馏时间20 min,蒸馏温度为460℃。试验中残渣硫含量降为19.12%,硫挥发率超过80%。 Take the atmospheric oxygen direct leaching sulfur slag as raw materials, select the distillation of sulfur slag system processing. Through the orthogonal experiment, the main factor influencing the sulfur volatilization rate is temperature, followed by sulfur slag thickness, it is time finally. The effects of temperature, time and the thickness of sulfur slag on the volatilization rate of sulfur were investigated. Under the conditions of 20 g, the crucible area is 11.25 cm2 ,the optimal distillation conditions are obtained as follows:the distillation time is 20min, the distillation temperature is 460. In the experiment, the sulfur content of the residue was reduced to 19. 12%, and the sulfur volatilization rate was more than 80%.
