摘要
分析了含铟氧化锌回收精铟生产过程中铋超标的原因,通过电解过程中产生的残极铟,铸成板,返回置换做除铋还原剂,反萃液中氯化铋被还原成海绵铋开路,残极板中的金属铟以氯化铟形式返回系统。较好地控制了杂质铋在后续工序中对精铟生产的影响,保证了各项工艺参数的平稳控制和合格精铟的生产。
The paper analyzed the reasons for excessive bismuth content in the recovering process of refined indium from zinc oxide containing indium. The indium residual pole produced by electrolytic process returned to replacement process as reducing agent to remove Bi. Bismuth chloride in reflux extraction solution was reduced to sponge bismuth, and metal indium was back to system in indium chloride form, which controlled the effects of impurities of bismuth on pure indium production in follow-up processes, ensured the control of various process parameters and qualified indium production.
